We are always looking to increase our portfolio, and regularly offer Landlords and Property Owners solutions to sell their property. 

Typically we are looking for properties that are a little tired and would benefit from a facelift, or even a full overhaul. We also actively seek freehold blocks of flats as long term investments to add to our portfolio as well as properties that are run as HMOs. 

We have bought flats, houses, commercial property and even a listed Chapel in recent years and we will consider all opportunities as long as they fit our investment criteria. 

We always do a fair analysis of the market and try to make our offer competitive in line with what you may achieve if you were to sell on the open market. 

We do not offer 'quick 7 day sales' similar to some companies as we know that this can rarely be achieved even by the most experienced developers. What we can offer is an honest and real relationship in working with us to sell your property whereby we keep you updated along the way and are realistic when setting expectations.


How do you value my property?

Having lived and worked in Bristol for many years we have built up knowledge on local areas, but we always thoroughly assess the market before putting forward an offer. To do this we rely on property data that we access via Nimbus Maps and Rightmove to obtain real information on comparable sold prices per sqm, average residential value by area, value growth and yield. 

How long does the purchase take?

We aim to complete on property purchases as quickly as possible and are proactive at every stage. Working with a good team of solicitors is essential in this.   Typical conveyancing timeframe is 8 - 12 weeks depending on the complexity of the purchase. For straight forward purchases without any complications, we can complete on a purchase in as little as 4 weeks. 

What types of property do you buy?

We are actively interested in  freehold buildings comprised of flats, HMOs, mixed use premises, houses and flats. 

Whilst we prefer to acquire properties that are in need of some level of refurbishment, we do consider all opportunities and are happy to purchase property with tenants in situ.
