Lucy Davies
Originally from West Wales I have a passion for developing well-designed, functional and desirable homes. I manage the day-to-day running of our property portfolio—from overseeing operations and refinances to nurturing private investor relationships and coordinating with professionals across our development projects.
With a strong eye for spatial layout and interior design, I enjoy shaping projects from concept through to completion, ensuring each space not only functions well but adds long-term value. I enjoy connecting with others in the industry to share ideas and build partnerships.

Jake Colwill
I grew up on the coast in Cornwall working on the tools within the family kitchen and home improvement business. After studying business at university, property was the perfect industry to combine my skillset and passion for renovating buildings with the business and commercial opportunity that property can bring.
Day to day I take the lead on acquisitions, project management and finance. You’ll typically find me out and about searching for the next deal or on site project managing one of our refurb projects.
I enjoy structuring creative deals, working with vendors to find a win win scenario. When it comes to our projects i take pride in delivering homes that far exceed expectations, enabling our properties to really stand out from the crowd.
