We offer investors the opportunity to earn from property without any of the hassle or hard work that comes with it.
Private investor finance is used to fund the refurbishment of our developments at Innova.
Typically, we purchase a property with our own funds and stack the deal so that the refinance of a project will recycle investor funds.
This means that investment terms are for a minimum of 12 months. We also work with investors looking to develop a longer term relationship to strategise their investment over a number of years.
Alongside HMO developments, we simultaneously run a flip strategy which continuously generates lump sums of capital. This serves a back up for investors (although we have never needed this as of yet).
Many investors that we work with are interested in investing in property themselves, or already have a small portfolio and are looking to enahnce their knowledge and experience of developments before taking the plunge in diversifying their portfolio themselves.
For these investors, we offer monthly calls as well as adhoc site visits and meetings so that they can have exposure to the nitty gritty and process throughout.
At the end of the term, investors have the option to re-invest in the next project or use their funds to work develop their own portfolio.

FAQs
How are the terms agreed?
We understand that each investor has different aims and objectives, that's why we preferably like to arrange a call to get to know each other a little better, and discuss an arrangement that suits both parties. Once we are happy, the arrangement is drawn up into a legal agreement.
Is there a minimum investment?
Currently we offer investment opportunities starting from £20,000 and for a minimum of 12 months.
Do you offer property solutions for other property investors?
We currently have a couple of JV relationships, and due to the time and dedication that we need to provide to these existing relationships, we are not seeking any additional working relationships with other property investors.
